"We started breaking ground for our build in April of 2024 and it was completed in October of 2024. However, the planning and consultation with Lockwood Brothers began long before the shovel went in the ground. The contract that we signed covered all Lockwood’s standard items which exceeded other builders we looked at. They paid attention to what we wanted in our build throughout the consultation process. Every step of the process went very smoothly. The project manager Matt and site supervisor Bryce kept us informed of any delays or changes that were required. Any questions or concerns we had been addressed immediately and always to our satisfaction. The company hires people who are professional and problem solvers, owner Corey Lockwood and sales manager Chelsea Baker are just that.
We have been in our home for over a year now and the company continues to impress. They are still available for any problems that may arise. They are prompt at getting back to us to schedule times for remediation work to be completed.
