Step One: Lets Talk
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN BUILDING WITH US
The first step is a scheduled phone call with our Sales Manager. This is a no-pressure conversation where we’ll get to know each other and discuss your:
- Vision and wish list
- Timeline and ideal move-in date
- Budget range
- Preferred home size and style
- Any inspiration photos or ideas you’ve already gathered
This helps us understand your goals and whether we’re a good fit for each other.
Step Two: Rough Budget

After our initial conversation, our sales team will put together a rough budget estimate based on the details you’ve provided. This isn’t a final number, but it gives you a realistic idea of what your project may cost and helps guide your decision- making moving forward.
Step Three: Design Phase
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN DESIGNING WITH US
If you’re happy with the preliminary estimate and want to move ahead, we enter the Design Phase—this is where the vision really starts to come to life!
- Site Visit: We’ll meet you at your property with our team and equipment to create test pits, assess soil conditions, and review the best placement for the home, septic, and other key elements.
- Blueprints & Specs: Using that information, we’ll begin developing your detailed blueprints and home specifications. You’ll work closely with our design team through every revision until it’s exactly how you imagined it.
- 3D Visuals: We offer 3D renderings and virtual walkthroughs so you can really see and feel the space before a shovel hits the ground.
Step Four: Firm Pricing
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN BUILDING WITH US
Once your plans and specifications are finalized, we send them out to our trusted trades and suppliers to gather accurate pricing. We’ll then provide you with a firm price for your custom home build.
Step Five: Ready to Build

If you're happy with the final price and ready to move forward, we’ll move into the construction phase—and that’s where the real fun begins!
